Translation notes:
- Dialect: the repository comes from `_sqlServerUnitOfWork` (constructor parameter `IUnitOfWork sqlServerUOW`, L28-32) -> SQL Server (`MsSqlConfiguration.MsSql2008`, Legends Q4); the DI binding itself is outside this repository, so the dialect is inferred from the naming. No bind variables or paging are involved, so the SQL text is identical in both dialects.
- `OrderBy(x => x.ClaimId).OrderBy(x => x.ActionDescription)`: the second `OrderBy` replaces the first as the primary key (LINQ semantics) -> `ORDER BY ACTION_DESC`. Depending on NHibernate version the superseded `CLM_ID` key may be emitted as a secondary sort or dropped.
