SQL-276: Retrieve ProviderLocation via SaveLegalBill¶

This statement retrieves a single ProviderLocation by its identifier via NHibernate LINQ, used to resolve the rendering provider and the billing provider when saving a legal bill in BillSaveService.SaveLegalBill, executed from Services/SAIF.Services/Legal/Bills/BillSaveService.cs (L327, L330).
