SQL-357: Update RctPolicySelected via ModifyRctPolicySelected¶

This ORM statement updates a RCT_POLICY_SELECTED row's status, client and transmission fields, executed from Services/SAIF.Services/Rct/RctPolicySelectedService.cs (L70). The SQL below is inferred from the IRepository<RctPolicySelected>.Update call and the RctPolicySelected NHibernate mapping, not literal SQL text in source.
