This statement deletes the `SecurityOverride` entity identified by its `CL_OVERRIDE_SECURITY_SEQ_NUM` key from `CL_SECURITY_OVERRIDE`, executed via `IUnitOfWork.GetRepository<T>().Delete(...)` from `Services/SAIF.Services/Claims/SecurityOverride/SecurityOverrideService.cs (L165)` in `SecurityOverrideService.DeleteOverride`.
