# SAIF.NetCore.Common dependencies

`SAIF.NetCore.Common` has no internal SAIF dependencies and no external/third-party package dependencies; it compiles only against the implicit `Microsoft.NETCore.App` shared framework, and no library currently present in this repository consumes it.

## Internal dependencies

This library has no internal dependencies. `SAIF.NetCore.Common.csproj` has no `<PackageReference>` and no `<ProjectReference>` elements. This confirms the foundation-layer, no-SAIF-dependency position stated in [`Architecture.md`](../../../Architecture.md) ("`SAIF.NetCore.Common` plays a similar 'no SAIF dependencies' role").

## External dependencies

This library has no external/third-party package dependencies. It compiles only against the `Microsoft.NETCore.App` shared framework, which is implicit for `Microsoft.NET.Sdk` class libraries.

## Dependency risks and notes
- No library currently present in this repository references `SAIF.NetCore.Common` (verified: no `.csproj` under `src/` other than this library's own references it, and no `.cs` file outside this library's folder mentions its namespace). This contradicts `Architecture.md`'s statement that implementation libraries "reference `ServiceContracts` (and sometimes `Common`)"; the library's own `README.md` instead states it "should never be a dependency of the NetCore.Services packages". This discrepancy between `Architecture.md` and the library's README remains unresolved in available source materials.**
- Because this library has zero dependencies and zero in-repo consumers, there are no transitive, build-time, or API dependencies to document for it.
- The `.csproj` `<RepositoryUrl>` still points at the legacy standalone TFS repository rather than this mono-repo, and the README's branch-flow guidance (`develop` → `alpha`, `master` → `rc`) appears stale relative to the current `main`-branch mono-repo pipeline*.
