LqSegment

LqSegment models the X12 LQ form-identification-code segment, used in 837/277 transactions to attach a coded remark or claim-status form reference to a claim or service line.

Purpose

• Represents the LQ segment identity via SegmentId returning the literal "LQ" (BR-020).
• Carries RemarkCode identifying the code list/qualifier in use, paired with IndustryCode, the specific remark/form code value.
