# N3Segment

`N3Segment` models the X12 N3 party-location segment, used immediately after an `N1Segment` in 837/835 transactions to carry a party's street address lines.

## Purpose
- Represents the N3 segment identity via `SegmentId` returning the literal `"N3"` ([BR-020](../../business-rules.md#br-020-first-element-is-the-segment-identifier)).
- Carries `AddressLine1` and `AddressLine2`, the two street-address lines associated with the preceding `N1Segment` party.

| Build | `IEdiSegment Build()` | Creates a `SegmentBuilder("N3")` and adds `AddressLine1` and `AddressLine2` at elements 1-2, returning the built segment. |
| Fill | `void Fill(IEdiSegment segment)` | Reads elements 1-2 via `GetChildValue` into `AddressLine1` and `AddressLine2`. |
| Parse | `static N3Segment Parse(IEdiSegment segment)` | Instantiates a new `N3Segment`, calls `Fill(segment)` on it, and returns it. |
