clsCodeList

clsCodeList is a simple code/description data holder nested inside clsOutcomeManager. It has no base class of its own and exists solely to populate the Win/Loss appeal-outcome list (clsOutcomeManager.OrderTypeCodeList) with paired code and description values for display in a dropdown/list control.
