clsOtherPartiesManager¶

clsOtherPartiesManager maintains the other-legal-party list for the current case — employers, attorneys, and persons not otherwise represented as the primary worker/attorney of record — backed by cached code lookups for reference data. It inherits LegalManagerBase (this library) → ClaimAppManager (SAIF.Application.Claim).

Purpose¶

Maintain the list of other legal parties (employer, attorney, person) associated with the current legal case.
Cache related code-table lookups in-process to reduce Oracle round trips for largely static reference data.

Behavioral notes¶

Code-list lookups used to populate other-party type/role dropdowns are cached in-process, consistent with the caching pattern used by clsHearingLocationManager/clsLegalPersonManager in this library*.

Constraints and usage notes¶

Because lookups are cached, a reference-data change made elsewhere may not be immediately visible until the cache entry expires*.
