clsSummaryManager

clsSummaryManager aggregates the case summary view: it computes the LCE (Legal Case Evaluation) due-date display, looks up the worker's address/phone, and resolves the assigned attorney and secretary for the current case. It issues an inline scalar SQL lookup against attorney_profile (via SqlHelper.ScalarQuery) to resolve attorney display information rather than delegating to the business layer. It inherits LegalManagerBase (this library) → ClaimAppManager (SAIF.Application.Claim).

Purpose

  • Compute the LCE due-date display value for the case summary view.
  • Resolve the worker's current address and phone number for display.
  • Resolve the assigned attorney and secretary for the current case, including an inline attorney_profile lookup by attorney ID.

Context

  • Namespace: SAIF.Application.Claim.Legal
  • Assembly/package: SAIF.Application.Claim.Legal.dll (embedded library, referenced by the Legal web front end)

Public members

Member Signature Purpose
New(inDatabase, inSecurityPrincipal) Public Sub New(inDatabase As String, inSecurityPrincipal As clsSecurityPrincipal) Constructs the manager for the given database context and authenticated principal, calling into LegalManagerBase.New.
LceDueDateDisplay Public ReadOnly Property LceDueDateDisplay As String* Computes the formatted LCE due-date value shown on the case summary view.
WorkerAddress Public ReadOnly Property WorkerAddress As String* Resolves the worker's current mailing address for the case summary view.
WorkerPhone Public ReadOnly Property WorkerPhone As String* Resolves the worker's current phone number for the case summary view.
AssignedAttorneyName Public ReadOnly Property AssignedAttorneyName As String Resolves the assigned attorney's display name via an inline scalar attorney_profile lookup (SqlHelper.ScalarQuery, keyed by :ID) rather than a business-layer call.
AssignedSecretaryName Public ReadOnly Property AssignedSecretaryName As String* Resolves the assigned secretary's display name for the case summary view.

Behavioral notes

  • The attorney_profile scalar lookup bypasses the business/IBusinessCriteria layer, consistent with this library's pattern of issuing lightweight, read-only application-tier SQL for display-only data.

Constraints and usage notes

  • This manager is read-only: it aggregates existing case/worker/attorney data for display and does not expose insert/update/delete operations of its own**.

Note: Statements marked with * were inferred from code structure, naming conventions, or contextual evidence where direct confirmation was not available in source artifacts. Statements marked with ** could not be confirmed; treat as unknown until verified.
