SQL-016 Retrieve attorney firm list for other parties¶
Retrieves OTHER_FIRM rows of type ATTY or OUTC (attorney or outside counsel firm), unioned with a leading blank/"no selection" row from DUAL, for the ATTORNEYLISTSQL code-table lookup used by the other-parties maintenance UI.
