Configuration settings

No configuration settings were detected in Stage 1 analysis for this library. SAIF.Application does not use IEnvironmentService, custom AppSettings reads, or a custom DbConnectionManager-style abstraction anywhere in its .vb source. Web.config and app.config contain only standard Oracle ODP.NET (Oracle.ManagedDataAccess) DbProviderFactories registration and standard NuGet-generated assembly bindingRedirect entries; no custom <appSettings> keys are present in either file.

Database connection parameters (DBUser, Database, Server, BatchID) are supplied at runtime by the caller via ApplicationDataAccess property setters, not read from configuration files within this library.*
