clsHearingLocationInfo represents a hearing location where legal-case hearings are scheduled, carrying the location's identifying code, address (inherited from clsAddress), rotation-assignment configuration, and effective/expiration dates used by the assignment and scheduling workflows.

Purpose¶

Represents a single hearing location's identity, address, and rotation-assignment configuration for scheduling and attorney/case assignment.
Enforces (via inherited base) equality and lifecycle behavior consistent with other data-portal business objects in the framework.*
