clsLegalPersonList

clsLegalPersonList is the library's ALJ lookup factory. Its GetALJ method builds a clsLegalPersonList collection by prepending a synthetic None option and then loading active LEGAL_PERSON / LEGAL_PERSON_TYPE rows whose type code is ALJ.

Purpose

  • Build the legal-person collection used for ALJ selection scenarios.
  • Include a legal_person_seq_num = 0 / None row so callers can represent no selection without separate placeholder logic.
  • Restrict database-backed rows to active LEGAL_PERSON_TYPE = 'ALJ' entries before loading them into clsLegalPersons objects.
