Constants¶
Centralizes the small set of hard-coded values reused across policy workflows, including service-center contact data, the lowest accepted submission-entry date, and the library's Y/N flag literals.
Purpose¶
- Keep shared literal values in one location instead of duplicating them across policy code.
- Publish the canonical true/false flag values used by legacy integrations.
- Expose the earliest accepted submission-entry date constant to callers that validate or initialize policy data.
Context¶
- Namespace:
SAIF.Business.Policy - Assembly/package:
SAIF.Business.Policy

Behavioral notes¶
- The class contains only constants; no instance state or helper methods are defined.
Constraints and usage notes¶
- The source spelling is
MininumSubmissionEntryDate; consumers should use that exact identifier.
