SQL-004 Policy period anniversary rate date¶

Retrieves the anniversary rate date for a policy period by checking both the standard POLICY_PERIOD table and the parallel POLICY_PERIOD_NON_WCIS table via UNION, consumed by PolicyInformation.AnniversaryRateDate.
