clsPayrollClassInfo

clsPayrollClassInfo represents one payroll/manual-classification line (class code, payroll, rate, premium) for a policy period, populated as a member of clsPayrollClassInfoCollection. It defines the two era-specific SQL constants (RETRIEVE_PMS_SQL, RETRIEVE_WCIS_SQL) that the parent collection selects between at retrieval time.

Purpose
