clsPolicyHeaderAssociationFactory

clsPolicyHeaderAssociationFactory (defined in clsPolicyAssociationFactory.vb) orchestrates retrieval of all IPolicyHeaderAssociations for a policy across "groupable" (experience/discount combination) and "non-groupable" association type categories, producing the clsPolicyAssociation instances consumed by clsPolicyData.Associations and the policyholder parent-affiliation authorization check.
