clsPolicySearch

clsPolicySearch represents one row of a policy/interested-party search result. Its BeforeRetrieve/AfterRetrieve implementations are commented out (no-op) — the class is populated exclusively via its Load method by a caller that already has result rows in hand, rather than performing its own database retrieval.*
