clsTeamAssignmentCollection retrieves the team assignment roster for a policy via pk72846_view_policy.team_assign_query (SQL-VP-024), and is consulted by clsPolicySecurity to find the assigned Loss Control Consultant for the loss-control access check (BR-VP-008).

Purpose

• Retrieves the team-member assignment roster for a policy via SQL-VP-024.
• Drives demo-user masking of team-member contact fields via Criteria.MaskData.
