SQL-VP-029 Retrieve non-typed associations via a dynamically named procedure¶
Used by clsAssociationTypeCode.GetNonTypedAssociations(). The result set from
SQL-VP-027 (ASSOCIATION_TYPE_CODE.SOURCE_PROCEDURE_NAME)
determines which procedure is invoked at runtime — an architecturally notable coupling between the
two catalogued SQL findings.**
Classification¶
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| SQL ID | SQL-VP-029 |
| Operation type | Read |
| Execution method | Stored procedure, dynamic name |
| Database | Oracle |
| Schema | [unqualified]** |
| Command type | StoredProcedure |
| Business object | clsAssociationTypeCode |
| Criteria property | GetNonTypedAssociations() (ad hoc static/shared method) |
| Lifecycle method | ad hoc static/shared method |
Parameters¶
| Parameter | Direction | Type | Max length | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
inPolicyNumber |
Input | Decimal | N/A | Policy number to resolve associations for. |
recordset |
Output (Cursor) | REF CURSOR | N/A | Result set of associated policies; proc name resolved at runtime.** |
Tables¶
| Table | Access | Columns used |
|---|---|---|
| (not directly visible — encapsulated in procedure body; procedure identity itself unknown) | SELECT | N/A |
Sample SQL¶
&SourceProcedureName denotes a procedure name resolved at runtime from
ASSOCIATION_TYPE_CODE.SOURCE_PROCEDURE_NAME (SQL-VP-027's
result set) — the actual procedure(s) invoked are unknown from source alone.*
Note: Statements marked with
*were inferred from code structure, naming conventions, or contextual evidence where direct confirmation was not available in source artifacts. Statements marked with**could not be confirmed; treat as unknown until verified.
