SQL-VP-033 Check whether a policy belongs to a group chapter (SQL Server)¶

Used by clsPolicySecurity.IsInGroup() (internally aliased "IsInGroup") to enforce BR-VP-007. Executed against the secondary SQL Server BDS IDataPortalInfo built by clsPolicySecurity.Initialize().
