Steps

  1. New-case path: create a LOUN file location entry.
  2. Generate adjuster and voc tasks using TASKDAYS = 13 and TEXTDAYS = 29 offsets resolved through NextWorkDay.
  3. On firm or attorney change, write a system case note with category RFH and CreateUser = "SYSTEM".
  4. Handle consolidation; a "Schedule date must be in the future" condition is caught and surfaced as a message.

  5. For reconsideration requests, queue the recon letter (insertLetterRequest) and submit the Appworx job.

  6. Primary rules: BR-070, BR-071, BR-072
