Steps

1. Save the pending workflow changes.
2. End the pending transaction explicitly with DataLayer.DAL.EndTransaction(DPI.PortalID, True).
3. Submit the Appworx batch job LGN0002_LEGALNET_LETTERS for application LegalNet.
