SAIF.Application.Claim.Legal is the application-layer library consumed directly by the LegalMaintenance web application to resolve legal-case context, apply confidential-claim security, orchestrate LegalNet business objects, and expose manager-oriented workflows to the UI.

Purpose

• Provide screen-facing manager classes for legal maintenance, request, schedule, search, summary, and reporting workflows.
• Combine claim context, legal-case context, AD-resource gating, business-object saves, and a small amount of direct Oracle lookup SQL into one UI-friendly layer.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and retain legal-case context.
• Apply confidential-claim and exposure gating before data is shown.
• Load and cache lookup collections used by LegalMaintenance and LegalNet workflows.
• Coordinate writes, tasks, letters, Appworx submission, and DEF notification side effects.

Key components

• LegalManagerBase: shared context, security, code-table, letter, and consolidated-case logic.
• clsAttorneyTableManager, clsLegalPersonManager, clsHearingLocationManager, clsMaintenanceManager: LegalMaintenance-facing maintenance managers.
• LegalNet\cls*Manager types: additional request, schedule, outcome, reporting, and search workflows compiled into the same assembly.
