AppSecurityRole

AppSecurityRole (declared in Enums.vb) is a member-for-member duplicate of the nested AppManagerBase.AppSecurityRole enum. It is not referenced by AppManagerBase, which binds exclusively to its own nested enum, so this top-level type carries no security effect within SAIF.Application itself; whether external consumers or a future version bind to this type instead is not determinable from this repository.**

Purpose
