clsPPDUnscheduledDegreeAwards

clsPPDUnscheduledDegreeAwards calculates the unscheduled PPD degree-award amount by walking banded degree ranges in the latest effective-dated award table and accumulating the amount, producing a ProofItem-based audit trail for each step (see PPD award calculation).

Purpose

• Retrieves the unscheduled degree-award bands and selects the latest effective-dated table (SQL-028).
• Walks the banded degree ranges, accumulating an award amount and appending a ProofItem per step to CalcProof for auditability.
