clsAwardBenefitPaymentCollection is a retrieve-only collection of benefit-payment rows for an award, filtered by a dynamically built IN-list of benefit-type codes that defaults to '4', '5', '6' when the criteria supplies no codes.

Purpose

• Retrieves all benefit payments for a claim/award matching a caller- or default-supplied set of benefit-type codes (SQL-015).
• Completes its static SQL fragment dynamically in BeforeRetrieve by appending the benefit-type IN-list.
