clsFederalAwardStatus

clsFederalAwardStatus owns the status of a single federal award, exposing update-only persistence with the standard optimistic-concurrency guard.

Purpose

• Updates a federal award's status code (SQL-046); the update cascades to SaveBenefitPayment() when the child is dirty and valid.*
