clsTimelinessOfFirstPayment

clsTimelinessOfFirstPayment is a read-only business object (declared in clsITimelinessOfFirstPayment.vb, a filename/type-name mismatch) that evaluates timeliness of the first benefit payment via sp82067_TimelinessOf1stPayment, optionally requesting a 'Detail' variant.

Purpose
