clsWorkerInjuredBodyPartCollection retrieves all injured body parts for a claim and enforces, at the collection level, that exactly one body part is marked primary.

Purpose

• Retrieves all injured body-part rows for a claim (SQL-036).
• Enforces primary-body-part rules across the collection (BR-006, BR-007).
