AdjustedRates

AdjustedRates is a Public Module exposing the single shared constant that defines the neutral multiplier for a non-applicable adjusted-rate factor, giving iAdjustedRateFactor implementers one canonical value to return instead of independently choosing a neutral literal (BR-POL-011).

Purpose

  • Provide the single canonical "no adjustment" value (1) that any iAdjustedRateFactor implementation should return for a non-applicable factor, ensuring cumulative multiplication is unaffected (BR-POL-011).

Context

  • Namespace: SAIF.Business.Policy
  • Assembly/package: SAIF.Business.Policy (PolicyCommon)

Behavioral notes

  • This module has no data access, threading, or side effects — it is a single shared constant.
