clsBenefitJurisdictionCodeMap

clsBenefitJurisdictionCodeMap is an ExtendedCodeMap subclass that loads BENEFIT_JURISDICTION_CODE into a cached lookup of BenefitJurisdictions, populated once via CodeMaps.GetBenefitJurisdictionCodeMap and reused across calls until an explicit refresh (BR-POL-016). Its constructor is Friend, so instances can only be created within this assembly (i.e., by CodeMaps).

Purpose

  • Load and hold a code-table mapping from BENEFIT_JURISDICTION_CODE rows to BenefitJurisdictions enum members, recognising only "S"→State and "F"→Federal (BR-POL-012).
  • Serve as the underlying storage returned (and cached) by CodeMaps.GetBenefitJurisdictionCodeMap.
