SQL-009 Policy period anniversary rate date¶

Retrieves a policy period's anniversary rate date, unioning the WCIS (POLICY_PERIOD) and non-WCIS (POLICY_PERIOD_NON_WCIS) stores, used by PolicyInformation.AnniversaryRateDate (BR-POL-010).
