clsStandardPolicyHeaderHelpTextCollection

clsStandardPolicyHeaderHelpTextCollection is the standard header help-text implementation for this library. It loads the POLHD help-text application once, then exposes per-field text and per-association description text for the current provider.

Purpose

• Provide the policy-header labels and contextual help text used by header consumers.
• Translate distinct header association types into POLHD_<code>Descr help-text keys.

Behavioral notes

• The underlying clsHelpTextCollection is cached in a Shared field.
• Blank association-specific help entries are filtered out of the returned list.

Constraints and usage notes

• This type relies on the IPolicyHeaderDataProvider to supply the distinct association types currently relevant to the header.
