SAIF.Business.Payment does not consume any configuration settings directly. No IEnvironmentService calls, ConfigurationManager.AppSettings reads, or database connection string references were detected in this library's source files. The library's in-memory BOF factory scaffolding (clsEligPayeeClaim, clsEligPayeeClaimCollection) and its interface contracts (IBankAccount, iPaymentPreference) operate entirely on caller-supplied data and have no configuration dependencies of their own.
