• This library defines IBankAccount and iPaymentPreference, which are implemented by classes in SAIF.Business.Payment.EFT (clsBankAccount, clsPaymentPreference, clsProviderPaymentPreference); a breaking contract change here would ripple into that larger implementing library.*
• No live SQL is executed by clsEligPayeeClaim or clsEligPayeeClaimCollection despite declared IBusinessCriteria properties; both classes use in-memory BOF factory scaffolding, so this library carries effectively no direct database risk of its own.
