Configuration settings

SAIF.Business.Provider.PaymentPreference does not define or directly consume application-specific configuration keys. Runtime database connectivity is supplied through IDataPortalInfo, while app.config and Web.config contain Oracle provider registrations rather than library-specific settings.

No library code calls ConfigurationManager, AppSettings, IEnvironmentService, GetConfigSetting, or GetSecureConfigSetting.
