clsTeamAssignmentCollection

clsTeamAssignmentCollection loads every staff assignment on a policy and lets a consumer ask for one by role rather than by position. It also owns the e-mail initialisation for its members, taking a second data portal for the directory read, and reports whether agent or producer data is present at all.

Purpose

• Retrieves the staff assignments on a policy (Retrieve supporting policy aggregates).
• Locates an assignment by team function, which is how the loss-control consultant is found during the access decision (BR-007).
• Initialises the e-mail addresses of its members from a separate data portal.*
• Applies masking to its members when masking was requested at retrieval (BR-013).
