Purpose

• DTO representing a single provider service record (a service type offered by a provider location).
• Populated by clsProviderServiceList's retrieval query rather than performing its own data access.

Behavioral notes

• This class does not inherit clsBusinessBase; it is a plain Serializable DTO with no dirty-tracking, validation rules, or IBusinessCriteria support.

Constraints and usage notes

• There is no shared Get.../New... static retrieval function; instances are only produced by clsProviderServiceList's constructor.
