clsApplicationCodeCollection

A collection of clsApplicationCode instances, used by BR-MENU-012 (application resolution by path, OP-MENU-04) and administration screens (OP-MENU-05) that need the full or active-only application list.

Purpose

• Loads and holds the set of registered application codes retrieved via SQL-013 or SQL-014.
• Provides path-based lookup (ItemByAppPath) used by application resolution (BR-MENU-012).

ItemByAppPath	Function ItemByAppPath(path As String) As clsApplicationCode	Resolves the application whose ApplicationPath matches the given virtual path (BR-MENU-012); used by OP-MENU-04.
