BannerControl¶
Renders the shared Business Online site banner by loading /Resources/SiteBanner.xml and substituting placeholders for the page title and dynamic links, with separate print and internal/external display variants BR-V2-004.
Purpose¶
- Loads and interprets the XML banner definition rather than hard-coding markup BR-V2-004.
- Suppresses all output when the banner path cannot be resolved or when the control is in design mode BR-V2-003.

Behavioral notes¶
- In design mode, renders a static placeholder
<div>instead of evaluating the XML banner*.
Constraints and usage notes¶
- Requires the banner definition XML to exist at the resolved site path; the control cannot self-recover if the file is missing BR-V2-003.
