SAIFTextBox

A textbox that can show a live character counter for multi-line, length-limited input, requiring both a positive MaxLength and explicit opt-in before the counter appears BR-V2-096.

Purpose

  • Only shows the character counter when the textbox is multi-line, MaxLength is positive, and ShowCharacterCounter is explicitly enabled BR-V2-096.
  • Publishes the maximum length as a client-side attribute so script can enforce/display it BR-V2-097.
