SOAP client proxy documentation

This proxy calls the external ConnectInfo† ASMX service (wsDBConnections) to retrieve database connection strings, including embedded credentials, for Oracle and SQL Server data sources; it is consumed by SAIF.Services.Web.Proxies, specifically its authored wrapper SAIF.Services.Web.Proxies.Legacy.DbConnectionServiceProxy, which is in turn used by SAIF.Services.Common.DbConnectionService.
