SOAP client proxy documentation

This proxy calls the external SAIFFaxService† ASMX service to send a single fax with an attachment path, a recipient name, and a fax number; it is consumed by SAIF.Services.Web.Proxies, and its one in-repository caller is the WCF service SAIF.Services.WCF.Services.FaxService.
