Fax overview

Fax is a svcutil-generated SOAP proxy inside SAIF.Services.Web.Proxies that sends a single fax — an attachment path, a recipient name, and a fax number — to the external SAIFFaxService† ASMX service, and the repository holds it so that the in-repository WCF service SAIF.Services.WCF.Services.FaxService can dispatch faxes on behalf of its own callers.

Purpose

• Send one fax per recipient by posting a document path, recipient name, and fax number to the remote fax service.
