mcoPlanIDs

Small data-transfer type wrapping a single MCO plan ID string, used as the element type of ActiveMco.mcoPlanIDs when requesting active MCO claim data. It is declared as its own public class in ActiveMco.cs, alongside ActiveMco, rather than nested inside it.
