MissingTimeLossRepository

MissingTimeLossRepository is a sealed Repository<MissingTimeLossPayment> specialization exposing a single read-only property that lists claims with missing time-loss payments, sourced from the Oracle package function PK82001_CLAIM.getMissingTLPayments(). The property is defined as an explicit interface implementation of IMissingTimeLossRepository.MissingTimeLossPayments, so it is only reachable through the interface, not directly on the concrete type.

Purpose

• Return the current set of claims with missing time-loss payments for downstream follow-up/reporting, via IMissingTimeLossRepository.MissingTimeLossPayments.
