ClaimIdentifier¶
ClaimIdentifier parses a raw claim number string into its 7-character claim number and 8th check-character, the canonical claim-identity split used throughout claims processing.
Purpose¶
- Splits an 8-character claim number into a 7-character number and a check character, enforcing CORE-BR-030.
