SQL-391: Delete SecurityOverride via DeleteOverride¶

This statement deletes the SecurityOverride entity identified by its CL_OVERRIDE_SECURITY_SEQ_NUM key from CL_SECURITY_OVERRIDE, executed via IUnitOfWork.GetRepository<T>().Delete(...) from Services/SAIF.Services/Claims/SecurityOverride/SecurityOverrideService.cs (L165) in SecurityOverrideService.DeleteOverride.
